Today I took a walk in my favorite place, the Silesian park. I visited the area around the stadium and the planetarium. The weather for wildlife watching was perfect today.

I must admit that the Planetarium, after general renovation, looks much better in winter than in summer. First of all, the low sun rays beautifully illuminate the metal dome of the building.

A light winter, with little frost and a lot of sun in the terribly blue sky encouraged us to go for a walk. The views were truly fabulous.

By the way, I could see what stage the construction of the "Elka" cable car was at. The second line of the queue is ready and ready for use. You can use it even in winter, because there are closed gondolas. Until spring, the cable car will only operate on weekends.

There is a majestic monument to Nicolaus Copernicus next to the planetarium, and nearby there is a small pond, which is crowded with walkers in the summer. There are places to relax around the pond, which are currently covered with snow.

In conditions like today, you can walk for long hours, especially since there are many places in the area where we can rest, order coffee, tea, or something more warming.
