Poniedziałek bardzo zimny i nieprzyjemny

The day began on a gloomy note and ended the same way—except that, by evening, it started to rain. Today’s walk was definitely one I’d rather not repeat.

Dzień zaczął się ponuro i tak się też skończył. Tyle tylko, że wieczorem zaczął padać deszcz. Spacer należał dzisiaj raczej do takich, których nie chcę powtarzać.

There are fewer and fewer mushrooms in the woods, though it’s still possible to find some. I’m taking advantage of what’s left while I can. Perhaps, with the warmer weather expected on Wednesday, some late-autumn species will emerge.

Grzybów lesie jest coraz mniej, ale dalej można coś nazbierać. Korzystam dopóki jeszcze coś jest. Być może po środowym ociepleniu pojawią się jeszcze gatunki późnojesienne.

Work on the fence has been put on hold, as the temperature and general weather conditions aren’t exactly ideal for outdoor labor. A slight warming trend is forecast for tomorrow; I’m looking forward to it.

Prace przy płocie zostały wstrzymane, bo temperatura i generalnie aura nie jest przyjemna do prac ziemnych. Jutro ma nastąpić lekkie ocieplenie. Czekam z niecierpliwością.
