The day might not be as beautiful as yesterday’s, but it’s quite tolerable, considering it’s the end of October. There have been years when snow was already on the ground by this time—though that doesn’t seem to be on the cards for now.

Dzień może nie tak piękny jak wczorajszy, ale całkiem znośny, biorąc pod uwagę, że to koniec października. Bywały lata, że o tej porze roku leżał już śnieg. Póki co na to się nie zanosi.

Today, I went for a classic walk in the woods. Mushrooms are becoming scarcer, but I’m still holding out hope that more might appear, as the weather is favorable.

Dzisiaj odbyłem klasyczny spacer po lesie. Grzybów coraz mniej ale dalej mam nadzieję że jeszcze się pokażą, bo pogoda sprzyja.

Work on the fence is moving along—slowly, perhaps, but it’s progressing nonetheless. Tomorrow is a day off, so I’ll likely spend most of it in the forest, and in the evening, I’ll settle in to watch a good film.

Prace przy ogrodzeniu postępują. Co prawda powoli, ale jednak postępują. Jutro dzień wolny, więc prawdopodobnie większość czasu spędzę w lesie, a wieczorem zaliczę jakiś fajny film.
