MicroStrategy is Selling Bonds to Buy Bitcoin   
 

This is not the first time that MicroStrategy has sold bonds to purchase bitcoin. Last year,  it has sold $1.6 billion of convertible bonds. Before bitcoin’s price dropped last month, MicroStrategy is one of the catalysts for this coin’s hot rally in 2020 and early 2021.
