(CTSI) is an operating system to help mainstream the scalability of dapps. It allows programs to operate off of the blockchain while maintaining decentralization. This greatly assists in bloated backlogged chains and greatly improves scalability. Dapps are able to store information on this side chain which are governed by a (pos) proof of work consensus algorithm.
