Suffering from Insomnia? For relief, try this blend of 4 Essential Oils

Experiencing a restless night's sleep where you keep tossing and turning? Have you tried counting sheep? 

 

Today I will share with you the blend of essentials oils I use for a peaceful night's rest. No need to count sheep, let's leave them peacefully in their meadow :)

Make your own blend

 

What you will need:

  • glass bottle (either amber or blue as the darker bottles prevents light from penetrating in)
  • 40 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • 20 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil
  • 10 drops of Geranium Essential Oil
  • 10 drops of Sandalwood Essential Oil

 

Mix all the oils into the glass bottle. When you are ready to use, put a few drops of the oil into an oil burner, add a dash of water, and light your candle.
