My question might seem confusing, but its core is very real if you bear with me. Plenty of us used to enjoy a certain anime when we were kids and it created our likes and dislikes for our adulthood without us knowing.
Answering this one question can help a person get to understand your psychology to an extent, provided they know that show and are familiar with it.
Don’t get me wrong, it is not a full-prove strategy but trust me it works, so next time you meet a guy, don’t ask them their favorite color, but what they used to enjoy as a child on TV is a much better strategy to get to know them.
Robotech

As a kid, I was obsessed with this amazing American science fiction anime about a giant spaceship flowing over the earth, fighting, running to unknown enemies, and surviving humanity vs hustle aliens.

Of course, our TV didn’t show all 85 episodes of this anime television series produced by Harmony Gold USA in association with Tatsunoko Production, but it was enough for me to get hocked completely.

In the 1985 TV series, Robotech, apart from the romantic relationships of people with each other and even people with aliens, we see that the inhabitants of this spaceship are unable to return to Earth and are looked upon as outcasts.
The aliens are trying to take back this spaceship (a space fortress) that belongs to them, and the earthlings are also evicting the inhabitants of the ship, fearing a revenge attack by the aliens. The ship and its inhabitants are roaming aimlessly in space, these desperadoes have no homeland and they have to make it on their own.

Perhaps, according to some, what made this anime attractive and spectacular was the fight with space aliens or fighters that turned into human-shaped robots.
But what fascinated me was the unknown world that the heroes had to explore. Like a train that takes you to the bottom of the unknown, and experiences the thrill of the deep space oceans.

So at the end, we'll com back to are original question:
What is the name of THE Anime for you?
