How I created my first website on github

By Alphainitial | alphainitial1 | 2 Apr 2020

Earlier this week I fell on a post here on publishox teaching and encouraging publishox ambassadors on how to insert widgets, banners and more in their websites so as to boost their ambassador referral links on github.

At first I was clueless and somewhat discouraged since I had littlle or let me say no knowledge of Devs at all...I have heard and read of people using github to learn Dev and also create their own site ,this always amazed and eagered my interest in becoming a developer someday. It would have been easier if I had a site already ,I would just insert the ambassador tools needed but no I didn't have one yet.

I went on to github clueless and idea less of how to create a website with github.

Day1. I create a github account and my first repository

Day2.I learnt how repository works

Day2. I inserted and updated my repository

Day2.I am able to create my own website on github check it out ...https://alphablogs.github.io/alphablogs

Day2.I learn my first Dev language and make use of it in developing my site.

                          Conclusion

Now I have a website where I can upload, update share and posts my own views and also use my ambassador refferal link to refer people to publishox isn't it exciting with completely no c++ or any other dev initial knowledge...

Checkout the site  here

Even though I am still a work in progress (laffs) in becoming a developer, I hope you like my page and please be free to drop your comments and views on here...

Next post will be a video on how to simply create your own website using yourname.github.io ...keep on the watch for that!
