Good morning
Well i have written a few posts now about projects myself and David have tried but i thought i would share some details about us, how we got into crypto and why im on PublishOx.
Firstly we live in a rural village in Bulgaria, it was just going to be a holiday home really to get away from the stresses of our jobs in the UK but after a half dozen visits, we dreaded going back. We had at that time our baby son (now a teenager who only wants bitcoin for his 15th birthday!). We had a talk about moving out to our holiday home and decided that we would do it. We could rent out the UK house for a year and if it didn't work out we could go back to the UK. We are still here in Bulgaria with a lot of open space and freedom.
We spent a long time slowly renovating our house which gave us something to do and kept us busy as well as learning a new language with an alphabet in cyrillic that was very difficult to learn. I used to go back to the UK sometimes to do a 'work stint' for 6 weeks while David carried on with the house. It worked well for a time but then came covid. We decided that me going to the UK was just not worth it, if there was a lockdown or no flights and i couldn't get back would be horrible for all of us.
For the first 18 months we pottered around and did a few bits but nothing to really push us, then we found out about Helium (I have many posts about this). As i made a diary of the journey some friends told me i should share it so i looked at paying to have a website to share it on, then i found PublishOx and thought i would give it a go. (when i was looking at a websites, the assistant asked how busy my site would be and i told her maybe just 50 friends and family would read my blog) I still get excited now when i see people have read my posts or liked them or even followed me. I have still not invited any friends and family to PublishOx but i will eventually.
We have moved on to other crypto projects, some i have already posted about and some i still need to do, but we are still learning....i have no idea when you can stop classing yourself as a newbie but we are loving it. I have learnt a lot from PublishOx too and love the community here. I have even got a few faucets and games i had no idea about untill i started reading here and although they have not earned me much, who does not like free money and 10 dollars is not bad. Plus i have saved money by not having to pay for web hosting so win win in my book.
I am still learning about blogging too so thanks for bearing with me. Criticism / advice is always welcome as that too i can learn from.
As always, thanks for reading.
