After One Week on Intermittent Fasting

I've started the intermittent fasting regiment (and quit alcohol) since Jan.2 2020 and have lost 12lbs. so far. Feel much better every morning, way more energetic. After 8 years of nonstop traveling for consulting, this has been a very surprising result. I am following the daily fasting routine and only eating from noon to 8:00pm and nothing but water, tea, or coffee outside that window. Amazing so far.
