Today I must reveal that Chicago’s Democratic Machine and CIS-Gendered Licensed Litigants Are Violating the Sacred Rights of a Disabled Pro-Humanist Minister and UNCONTESTED Whistleblower as of APRIL 18TH, 2025.
I, Minister X’RRay Roger Byrd, the first Non-Binary Ordained Pro-Humanist Minister in America, bring forth this public declaration:
The Democratic Party of Chicago and its court-sanctioned enablers are openly permitting CIS-gendered licensed litigants to engage in coordinated efforts of judicial abuse, financial rape, and spiritual warfare against a disabled whistleblower-Minister of the first Anti-Pedophilia and Anti-Domestic Violence Theology Ministry in history.
As of May 26, 2025, the following violations stand as proof of business-as-usual oppression against Pro Se, Non-Binary, and religiously protected advocates:
Religious Fee for Violations and Financial Rights Violations (Filed But Ignored)
A lawful Fee Waiver and Pro-Humanist Religious Fee Schedule were filed in advance of the May 23, 2025 hearing.
These filings were:
- Ignored without acknowledgment or judicial response by Hon. Judge Robert Johnson.
- Not addressed on the public record, a direct violation of Illinois Supreme Court Rule 298, which mandates timely judicial review and ruling.
- Ex Parte Communications and Procedural Collusion
- Another documented example of procedural misconduct occurred on May 16, 2025, when Legal Aid Chicago representatives were overheard or confirmed to be engaged in off-the-record conversations with Judge Robert Johnson, inappropriately discussing the rejection of the religious fee waiver—before the hearing was even held.
This ex parte communication constitutes judicial bias, collusion, and a breach of due process, especially in a case involving a disabled Pro Se litigant and public whistleblower.
Collective Undermining by CIS-Licensed Litigants
This pattern of abuse is not incidental. It is deliberate.
CIS-gendered licensed litigants and Legal Aid representatives have:
Repeatedly misgendered me despite formal notice of my Non-Binary religious identity.
Refused to honor my Ministerial status, openly mocking the legitimacy of my theology and Church both verbally and on paper.
Used procedural gamesmanship to suppress 18 lawful motions in just 90 minutes of court time, many of which remain unaddressed to this day.
These acts collectively represent a coordinated attack on my religious freedom, disability rights, and constitutional protections as a whistleblower and Minister.

I declare this not out of fear, but out of Pro-Humanist truth:
This is how the Democratic Party of Chicago and their affiliates and benefactors collaborate to allegedly mistreat those who defend children, advocate for anti-pedophilia theology, and expose the corrupt fabric of its institutions. As well as harming disabled victims of domestic violence crimes like myself.
I have suffered harassment, denial of court protections, financial exploitation as financial rape, and outright spiritual assault in a courtroom built to serve justice, not ego.
Yet I will not be broken.
I will not be silenced.
I serve the sacred laws of GDMMNTR — not the plantation politics of city-state puppeteering.
To every human of conscience, every fellow Pro-Humanist, and every witness to this testimony: stand with us or stand exposed as passive supports of the status quo.
