The quest to accumulate 1 BTC continues. Slower than I would have hope. At this rate it will take 100 years, but not all hope is lost. There are irons in the fire and I am feeling motivated and full of determination.
In 2025 I made 0.005871412 Sats less than 2024. I don't think that is too bad considering how much higher the Bitcoin spot price is.
Kucoin, and my DeFi efforts on that platform, were the only income stream that performed better in 2024 than 2025 on a BTC accumulation basis.
One of my favorite things about keeping detailed records of things is the ability to process the data into easily digestible chunks. Who doesn't like some data visualized?
Here are some charts to summarize my 2025 in Crypto.
1. BTC Added.
This shows how much BTC I added each month and how much I spent in BTC each month. I think this tells a story of a very volatile asset class. At the beginning of the year the gap between earn and spend was huge. Now the only thing driving the earning seems like the spending.
But it is essential that the Orange line is above the Gray line.
2. Per Day Earn.
This graph shows how much CAD I earn per day in 2025. I wanted to have the line be up and to the right. Unfortunately, the universe had other plans. I am now fighting to keep the earn above $1 per day.
3. 2025 BTC Income by Stream
This pie chart shows the break down of where the Bitcoin came from. Shakepay kicked ass last year. There were some other contributors, and some that will be removed. With the shakepay downgrade, I wonder what the pie will look like next year.
4. 2025 CAD Earned
This second pie chart shows how much profit each income stream delivered in Canadian dollars. You will notice that Shakepay is still the winner but by a lesser amount.

No Surprise here. I think it finished #1 in 11 out of 12 months. With the downgrade things will get competitive for the top spot.
2. Gamblin'
A few big wins drove the bus. As long as these platforms continue to give me free money, I will turn that into more Bitcoin.

DeFi is going to be the path forward. The next goal is to get per day up over $0.25 and to get a complete Solana token.
4. Bitcoin Miner By Fumb Games
I am shocked at how consistent this app has become. It started out as a fluke. But here it is on the top 5 list for the year.
