Breaking news: Visa processed USDC payment over the Ethereum blockchain

Today something truly amazing happened in the Crypto World. Visa has processed the first payment in USDC - a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to US dollar - from its partner Crypto.com using the Ethereum blockchain.

This is huge news not only for Ethereum ecosystem, but for the whole DeFi segment as it heralds the future mainstream adoption of crypto payment methods. Truly a historic moment!
