How is this connected to deplatforming the President?

Well, what this episode reminds us is that, “with great power comes great responsibility” and that centralized messaging/communications services have the ability to censor anyone, anywhere, at any time based on whatever they “know” about that person.

And, in the case of many of these platforms, they “know” a heck of a lot more than we may even realized.

So while some may cheer this move, it’s important to remember that, one day, it could be you.

No surprise that Signal has risen to the top of the app charts and Zcash, the leading privacy coin, has been picking up steam.
