tl:dr; if one person can co-create a future with a vision, what happens when many people do it?
One of the ideas within quantum physics that is mind-bending (well, they all are) is that we have the ability to shape future (and past) experiences by virtue of how we consciously observe our present.
Yeah, I barely understand what I just wrote.
However, if we agree that this is the case, then imagine the power of future creation if many people are all consciously thinking about the same thing…at the same time.
There’s a feature within Gtmhub called the “Alignment Tree.”
What it does is exactly as shown above.
An organization can set its top level Objectives and Key Results and then the rest of the organization can align with that, so that, while everyone isn’t necessarily doing the same thing, they are all focused on, and clear about, the most important thing to the organization.
This is powerful in and of itself, but if you think about it on a quantum level, it’s really powerful, because it means that (theoretically) at every moment when someone is engaged with their job, they understand two things.
First, what is most important to the organization?
Second, how is what I am doing contributing to the organization’s most important objective?
That thought process is a level of individual-and subsequently-group consciousness that, when harnessed and aligned, can create powerful results, both in the classical and in the quantum sense.
This is why I believe that the OKR methodology will dominate as the preferred approach for successful organizations. It’s the best way to direct consciousness at scale.
