ABCD management is the primary treatment for any type of accident. Here A is used to check whether the Airway or our trachea is OK. In this case, after the accident, it is better to see if there is anything inside someone's nose or mouth. Breathing may be stopped for something to enter. If something is in, you have to pull it out. In this way, the airway should be kept clear.
Then B means Breathing. It is important to see if the person is breathing properly after the accident. Holding a finger near the nose or mouth or looking at the movement of the abdomen to understand if the person is breathing. If the person does not breathe, then he has to arrange for breathing. But first we have to see if his heart is beating. The movement of the heart can be understood by looking at the pulse with the finger on the hand or throat. If there is a pulse, you have to put it in your mouth to breathe.

Then C means circulation. Here it is seen whether the blood circulation is going well or whether there is bleeding from somewhere. If the pulse is not available, then it must be understood that the heart is not working. In that case CPR has to be arranged. CPR involves doing something in a Cyclic order. The patient should lie down on his back and press the left side of the chest 30 times with both hands and blow twice in the face. This should be continued until the patient is able to breathe on their own or have a pulse.
If there is bleeding, the bleeding should be stopped with pressure. If the arm or leg is cut off, it should be kept high.
Then Disability in D. That is, whether any disability of the person has been created. That means whether the arm, leg or something else is broken. Whether any place has gone to the pool If it is broken, it cannot be pulled.
While doing these, arrangements have to be made to send the patient to the hospital.
These are the first aid in an accident case. By doing these things, it is possible to prevent the certain death of many people. I hope you never have to face such a situation. But unfortunately, always remember 'ABCD - Airway. Breathing, Circulation, Disabilily.
Thanks everyone. Stay well, stay healthy
