Why on Earth was I approved to be an "Author"?

Confused. I come across a site that seems somewhat decentralised in nature, while maintaining some standards to avoid its devolution to a Parler-esque dumpster fire. The first thing that grabs my attention is how it follows a great first principle à la sustainability; the community revolves around monetisation. Great stuff, allowing creators to afford avocado lattes for breakfast and whatever some fucks buy into these days, although, my approval as an "author" is rather diminishing to this place IMO.
