Among users is widely known that Brave browser has built-in crypto-wallet Metamask which can work with ETH, BAT, and DAI tokens. Most of us know that the Brave browser gives some BAT tokens as rewards for watching add. It seems to be OK, one watch the adds and time from time withdraw BAT tokens to a wallet.

There is page brave://rewards/ where is a withdrawal section. When you click either on "Withdraw funds" or "Verify wallet", you are redirected to - your Metamask wallet? How wrong! No, you are redirected to Uphold wallet (https://www.uphold.com), it doesn´t matter which button you have clicked on.

At first, Uphold wants you to register by your name and email address, but at the second, Uphold wants you to give a real name, date of birth, moreover a scanned picture of your ID card. Where is the most strength of crypto - anonymity? And why should I give my personal details to any new wallet when I have got one, Metamask?
Moreover, the Uphold wallet doesn´t have a good reviev it is considered as a scam. For more information you can reffer https://www.trustpilot.com/review/uphold.com. And last but not least, Uphold has problem with accessibility, today when I try go to the Uphold dashboard, I can see only "Uphold is currently unavailable."
The question is, why authors of Brave browser do not make possible withdraw rewards to Metamask wallet and they are forcing us to Uphold? Some like that I have seen yet, it has the name Arbolet...
