The QR Code will appear with the Backup Key. You take a screenshot and save this backup key in case you lose your phone can access your account.
Now you open the Google Authenticator application and click the + in the right corner of the screen.

After scanning, Google Authenticator will display 6 digits (this code changes continuously after 30 seconds).
