Block the noise and HODL

It is very difficult for most of us in the crypto space to not end up being distracted by the never ending news that is bombarded our way, purposely tailored,or not,to move the markets up or down depending on the narrative of the day.Youtube is the same with bag pumping alongside leverage trading referal links being pushed towards you.And if you pay attention to too much of these noise you might easily end up losing money or stray from your crypto investment goals.

I was one of those people that since i got into crypto in june 2018,that was on a daily basis checking prices, crypto youtube and crypto news.Youtube was my go to for "professional" help, making on in the process some terrible choices. Not all were bad,i learned some very important advice from some that i still use to this day.But since the middle of 2019,after losing a bit of money chasing prices and stressing myself out I adopted the HODL mentality.

Since buying and holding until prices reaches my set target I have found that I can invest with little to no worries, and its easier to invest with money that i am comfortable losing.Unless you are a trader I don't think you need to worry about price movements on a multi-daily basis.Set yourselves mental price targets or have buy orders ready on an exhange and just leave it.

Investing in crypto should be a fun experience and not one filled with stress, which will lead to poor judgement and financial loss.
