Light painting is among my favourite photographic techniques. Even though the photos are already almost ten years old, I still consider them worth sharing. In the first one, I wanted to create a feeling of spirituality - like a ghost surrounding these symbols.
I will start with what might look disturbing to some. Apologies if you find it too much! Note that I'm not some satanist or promoting evil or anything. I don't believe in fortune-telling, either.
The wheel of fortune is depicted on one of the cards in a Tarot card deck. It is engraved with the word TARO - or ROTA, depending on how you start reading them. According to the Wikipedia article, ROTA is derived from Latin, meaning a wheel.
In between the Latin letters, there are Hebrew symbols. In the inner ring, there are the four alchemical symbols - Mercury, sulphur, Aquarius, salt (or Sun maybe?) - in clockwise order starting from under the letter T.
