I picked up this small bouquet for my wife almost a week ago for no particular reason. I saw them in the grocery store and thought she might like them. 

I placed them in a vase on our table. 

The cat immediately jumped on the table and started stalking the flowers. She had the butt shake going on. She was twitching her tail. She was intent on killing those flowers. 

She's knocked the vase over at least twice and tried for them more than that. 

She had previously pulled all the blooms from an orchid. She plucked the flowers from our jasmin. 

So again I ask. What's the deal with cats and flowers? 

When I got up this morning, what do you reckon I found? The flowers knocked over again.
