You can call it a side hustle. We always call it side work.

I am a journeyman electrician and I make pretty good wages. Most of the time I don't need extra money, but occasionally I do - like today.

I was driving home yesterday and my vehicle cut off on me on 64/40 through St Louis. I called a tow truck, had it hauled to a Dobbs Tire Center and am waiting for a call back to go pick it up.

How am I going to pay for it? Partially with the money that I've gotten from side work.

I have this app on my phone called Zettle. It has a credit card reader and the app is tied to my PayPal account.

I can take any of the major cards, PayPal, Venmo and even checks with this app because hardly anyone uses cash anymore.

I leave the sidework money in my PayPal account until I have some kind of need arise then I simply transfer it to my bank account. It usually happens the next day for me. YMMV.

Money from side hustles - side work has been a God send for me.
