I have to say I am cautiously optimistic it gets passed.  I have written in the past that I believe cryptocurrency are commodities.

If it passes the SEC will be put aside and their (in my opinion willy nilly) enforcement efforts to regulate crypwill be done.  

Can you imagine the markets and how they will react if it passes.  Here's to hoping common sense comes from the US House and Senate!
