There is a thing called the ACCEPT resolution proposed on 1-25-2023.

It stands for "Adopting Cryptocurrency in Congress as an Exchange of Payment for Transactions."

I love this idea, and I hope it goes through. Think about it, if cryptocurrencies can be use as a payment option in the US Capital, it will make it more readily available, and more present for those who make decisions. We need people who make decisions to be more aware of cryptocurrency, to have it more widespread. This is a great move forward in my opinion.

I keep writing about things that I think are needed to build or rebuild (depends on how you think about it) trust in the cryptocurrency market. I think this will open people's eyes to how it can be used, and how valuable and safe it can be.

For those of you who are political, maybe look past who introduced it if you lean the other way. This is a good thing for cryptocurrency. There are more and more signs of health coming out of the disastrous 2022 for cryptocurrency. This is one of them!

I have to admit, it appears to be a small step as noted in the article, But it is a signficant stpe in terms of the people who make decisions will be around and aware of cryptocurrency whenever they are at the Capitol building.
