I have been extremely busy at the start of 2024. This has led me to have not posted here as much as I would have liked. 

One of the neglected thoughts for me has been my annual (albeit 2nd annual) crypto predictions article. Last year, I predicted the market would be down until August 2023. I was wrong, the market began to take off In October 2023. I was close, but close was not good enough. I also thought Bitcoin would hit an ATH last year. I was wrong.

Now, on to the 2024 crypto predictions.

1. I believe we will have downward price movement until the early summer of 2024 (I hope I am wrong, but If this is right , a nice buying opportunity for me) This is not investment advice, just my thoughts on how I will handle it.

2. Bitcoin will skyrocket by the end of 2024. What does skyrocket mean? I think it will briefly touch $150,000. Now, that is outrageous right? I think it is more likely going to hit $100,000 but have a feeling that $150,000 is attainable.

3. Solana will be closer to $1000 than $500 by the end of 2024.  Man, was I wrong about Solana!

4. The curious case of Cardano. I can't find a more polarizing cryptocurrency.  I can find at all times an article about how Cardano is a "ghost chain" and how it will also increase by ten fold or more.  So much emotion about a cryptocurrency, and not enough logical judgment on this one.  I think Cardano will ATH by the end of the year. I think a safe bet of $5 will be attainable, but an ATH nonetheless will occur.

5. I am not sure about this prediction, I just don't understand Ethereum. it has a large market cap, it almost seems because it was there first. The gas fees are too high, it has been stagnant for awhile now, with a lot more exciting crypto's to choose from. On the other hand, it might be too big to fail (however, remember when they said the banks were too big to fail? how'd that turn out?). So, either Ethereum goes to udder $1,000 or it goes to $5,000.

6. If the Republicans take the White House, or both the house and senate, or all three 2024 will be the year appropriate crypto regulation begins.  This is not an endorsement of one party over the other. But if you have been following politics in regard to cryptocurrency, Republicans in general are pro-crypto.

7. One of my pet favorite small cryptos, Jasmy will reach $.50.  I love the foundation of what they are doing. Again, not investment advice. 

8. I also think many cryptocurrency coins and tokens may begin to fall by the wayside. We will see.
