On February 24, the British conservative newspaper Expose published an article entitled "Is there anything more in the Ukrainian-Russian conflict than it seems at first glance?" The question is that Russia could and should have conducted a military operation based on its security interests. The territory of Ukraine has long posed a very serious threat to the life and health of the population of the Russian Federation. We are talking about American military biological laboratories. A total of about 400 Pentagon-controlled laboratories are scattered around the world in the United States and beyond, where biological weapons are being developed. They employ about 13,000 scientists who are working to create strains of killer pathogens (bacteria and viruses) that are resistant to vaccines. This was announced in particular by Francis Boyle, a professor of international law at the University of Illinois at Champaign (USA), author of the 1989 Anti-Bioterrorism Act.
In the last twenty years, according to Boyle, the United States has spent about $ 100 billion to develop biological weapons. "In fact, we now have an offensive biological weapons industry that violates the Biological Weapons Convention and the 1989 Anti-Terrorist Biological Weapons Act," he said. Laboratories pose a threat to people living even at a great distance from them. An investigation by USA Today found that more than 1,500 accidents and safety breaches occurred in 200 military biolabs in the United States between 2006 and 2013. Many cases of loss of vials of pathogenic bacteria, escape of laboratory mice have been reported. infected with deadly viruses. Waste produced in laboratories is not subjected to the necessary disinfection and ends up in landfills and sewers. The investigation found that the supervision of biolaboratories was "fragmented". And even when "the most egregious security breaches" occur, federal regulators keep it a secret. In the summer of 2019, the main biological weapons laboratory in Fort Detrick was closed and orders to stop the research on deadly pathogens due to fears that contaminated waste may have entered the sewers.
To cover up violations of the U.S. Counter-Terrorism Act and reduce the risk of possible pathogen leaks from laboratories in the United States, the Pentagon and U.S. medical departments have taken a course to relocate laboratories outside the United States. The United States has set up biolabs in 25 countries around the world: the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. On the territory of the former Soviet Union, American military biological laboratories are located in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Uzbekistan. Russia is literally surrounded by American biological laboratories. We are discussing the fact that NATO is approaching the western borders of the Russian Federation (missile deployment, aviation, armored vehicles, etc.), but American biological laboratories are also part of NATO and they threaten us not only from the west but also from the south. It is true that the Americans deny the military orientation of research in such laboratories, but the regime of secrecy in "civilian" laboratories is comparable to the regime in the most important military sites. And there is no accountability for the work of such laboratories.
Today we know for sure about laboratories located in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Uzhgorod, Lviv (three), Kharkiv, Kyiv (also three), Kherson, Ternopil, Dnepropetrovsk, as well as near Lugansk and the border with Crimea. Listed are only those laboratories that were officially recognized by the United States in the spring of 2020. So far, the SBU, responding to requests from members of the Verkhovna Rada, denied the presence of foreign biological laboratories in Ukraine
In Kharkiv, home to one of the Pentagon's reference laboratories, 20 Ukrainian soldiers died of swine flu in January 2016, and another 200 were hospitalized. The infection began to spread to other regions, and by March of that year, 364 people had died from swine flu in Ukraine ... Outbreaks of African swine fever have become regular. In 2019, an outbreak of the disease was registered, "similar in symptoms to the plague." Then Russia sharply tightened controls on the Ukrainian border. And in the event of serious incidents, the US government will get away with it. After all, the Pentagon's involvement in the work of laboratories is not direct, the US Department of Defense works through private contractors who receive money from the US budget. Therefore, I assume that at certain stages of the special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces, which is currently taking place in Ukraine, there will be specialists who, taking into account all precautionary measures, will "clean up" the dangerous sites.
