As of today, the Finance Conduct Authority (FCA) has banned Binance in the UK.
This means one of the largest crypto exchange will not be allowed to take any activities. Additionally it will have to display the
BINANCE MARKETS LIMITED IS NOT PERMITTED TO UNDERTAKE ANY REGULATED ACTIVITY IN THE UK
on its website and all social media accounts. Currently the FCA page indicates that from 30/06/2021 Binance will not be able to accepts the trading from the new customers.
I have also discovered that it was not the first regulatory body that has issues with Binance. As for now, I am not sure what implication this will have to a UK users of Binance. but I hope we would be able to access the site even if the FIAT might not be possible.
