Crypto narratives are one of the things you must understand if you want to stay profitable in the crypto market. Narratives come with new hype and if anything, crypto lives and thrive on hype.
A project without hype will hardly see the light of. The day no matter what they are building. Crypto narratives outlive themselves and once a new narrative is out, liquidity runs there.
A couple of months ago, the real world asset narrative was on fire and everyone was bagging it, as with every other hype, it comes with a lot of noise, so many projects which where degenerates were launched in that period and some of them barely lasted a day before they rugged.
It has become evident that in the present player verse player market, the majority of the losers are the people who fail to be dynamic with what they hold, your moon bag today can turn to dust tomorrow if the hype of the narrative is no longer being pushed.
The market is presently trending on BRC20, Solana and Avax narrative, anything launched on those blockchains are fire right now, who would have predicted that couple of months back when social-fi and RWA was the fire.
There is one golden rule in this market which you should always put at the back of your mind. Aside Bitcoin, consider every other token/coin as a shitcoin because they run on hype.
The market went from Bitcoin dominance to player verse player, skipping altcoins season, something that have seemed like a rule, if you are not dynamic you won't catch such bullish movement as we are experiencing now.
There are some serious plays going on in these new narratives, lots of money will be made and will be lost, you just have to be early enough to be on the profiting side, so many people have be flipping cash and making cool X'es.
