I don’t even know why crypto people like talking so much.
Every cycle it’s the same thing. New narratives, long explanations, endless “education”. Meanwhile the stuff that actually works barely makes noise.
Whenever crypto is quiet, it’s usually doing fine. People are sending value, using products, not arguing on timelines. Once it gets loud, you can almost feel the insecurity creeping in. And no, most people don’t want to understand this stuff. That’s another lie we keep telling ourselves. They don’t want to know what chain it is or why it’s decentralized. They just don’t want embarrassment. They don’t want failed transfers. They don’t want stress, they just want you to stfu.
Nobody has patience for fragile systems. One bad experience and you’re done. You won’t get a second chance to explain the vision.
The funny thing is that invisibility is the real flex. When a product stops introducing itself. When it just works quietly in the background. That’s when trust forms.
Crypto keeps chasing belief, when it should be chasing reliability.
Maybe that’s why the loud phases always age badly. Too much talk usually means something still isn’t ready.
I don’t think crypto wins hearts by convincing anyone. It wins by shutting up and doing the work.
That’s it. No big conclusion. Just an observation I can’t unsee anymore.
