Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 15

Wow, i am starting the third week of isolation. 


So, good news, i was searching for the researches related to melatonin and vitamin C. I found this one and this one, you can read them if you like to know more. Now this is helpful, even if they do not solve the problem completely. If you do not have time to read, to sum everything in one phrase. melatonin will have supportive adjuvant utility in treating COVID-19 induced pneumonia, acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).

The days was similar with the other ones, i try to follow a pattern, so i did my guitar lessons, my Spanish lesson and after i went very quick to shop some food, maintaining the 3-4m safe distance, i came back and did my training. So now i will write a bit, play a game or two and then probably i will get ready to sleep. 

I also found something about the Fast Mimicking Diet here and i follow the idea of a magic shield instead of a magic bullet. Let's see where it will take me.
