TradingView provides third-party trading research. Multiple brokers provide it as part of their trading frontend. TradingView began as a charting tool before becoming more comprehensive.


TradingView lets traders and investors see price charts of hundreds of global financial markets and uncover simple trading signals and technical indicators to identify trade entry and exit points. TradingView lets you compare symbols to understand how markets are performing and use the powerful stock screener to locate attractive stocks.

TradingView's popularity attracts traders who utilize it for research, analysis, trade suggestions, and live streaming.

TradingView is well recognized for its multiple price charts for many assets. These charts include over 100 pre-built indicators, including:


Bollinger Bands (BB)—used to quantify and show how much an asset's price deviates from the long-term average.
On Balance Volume (OBV)—comparison of price and trading volume to assess asset buildup or distribution.
Moving Averages (MA)—measures an asset's price change over time.
Keltner Channel—volatility bands that affect price trends
More than 100,000 public custom indicators are accessible to TradingView traders. These may be added to price charts to spot price patterns and used with annotation tools to mark trading opportunities.

Despite having dozens of trade indicators, TradingView is designed to help you concentrate on trading. With indications on the display borders, the dashboard is customizable. Cloud-based price notifications may be set up while you're away from your screen.

Use TradingView's search tool or your own watchlist of prominent markets to click and browse to the price chart of your choosing.


TradingView candles may be adjusted to one second to one year, and indicators are selectable from a top toolbar drop-down. The toolbar on the left side of the chart has over 90 drawing tools for annotation, measurement, and trendlines.
