As a result of Trump's win in the election for the presidency of the United States in 2024, not only is he a pro-crypto president, but he also has the most pro-crypto members in the House and Senate.

The prevailing attitude is that this is only the beginning of what is optimistic for the sector, and Bitcoin is the cryptocurrency that is leading prices upward.

Nevertheless, improving regulatory clarity is one of the most important tasks for the industry as a whole. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse sent a statement of congratulations to President Trump, in which he detailed a few of the things that he believes the president can accomplish in his first one hundred days in office to get things moving in the right direction.

First and foremost on the list is the fulfillment of one of Trump's campaign promises, which was to dismiss Gary Gensler, the chair of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, on "day one." Garlinghouse suggests that Gensler be replaced with a candidate who is more receptive to cryptocurrency. He suggests that Dan Gallagher, who is the chief legal officer of Robinhood, Christopher Giancarlo, who was formerly the head of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Brian Brooks, who was formerly the acting comptroller of the currency, could be potential successors.

Immediately after the election on Tuesday, Trump delivered a victory address in which he reaffirmed his dedication to bringing the country together and fostering progress.

"Move the digital asset market structure bill forward in the Senate," Garlinghouse hopes to see the president accomplish on his "first 100-day" agenda. He wants to see the president bring together Republicans and Democrats to accomplish this goal.

Notably, the law was approved by the House of Representatives of the United States in May of 2024.

Ethereum features as the last item in Garlinghouse's list of things to consider. A positive court verdict was finally reached as a consequence of Ripple's legal fight with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which lasted from December 2020 to July 2023 and addressed charges that XRP. was a securities. Despite the fact that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) gave its approval to spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds in May, Garlinghouse couldn't help but make a jab at the regulator.

Note:I guess some people got rich again overnight, I hope you got your profit from the rise
