MicroStrategy's newest Bitcoin purchase cost $4.6 billion, tripling its last buy last week, according to disclosure records. The corporation bought 51,780 BTC for $88,627 per coin, according to executive chairman and founder Michael Saylor.

Just almost 5% below BTC's all-time high of $93,477, the average purchasing price. MicroStrategy has invested $16.5 billion on its Bitcoin strategy and has over $13 billion in unrealized crypto gains after their recent purchase on Nov. 18.

After the worldwide epidemic in 2020, Saylor started buying Bitcoin. MicroStrategy now has approximately $30 billion in BTC, making it the biggest business holder.

MSTR added one of Wall Street's most ambitious capital-raising efforts to its BTC agenda. Saylor wants $42 billion in three years to purchase more BTC. Credit, debt, and stock transactions have funded the company's possible unending BTC purchasing cycle.

Four years of steady buying put Saylor's MicroStrategy ahead of private companies and governments like the US. The concept has led more companies to invest in Bitcoin.

Semler Scientific revealed their Bitcoin Treasury approach in May. Last week, AI company Genius Group bought its first BTC, while Thumzup Media Corp joined in November. Metaplanet, situated in Tokyo, has over 1,000 BTC and wants to add more.
