Concerns are rising about it. Like it could be the target of cyber criminals. As there will be no regulatory on blockchain phones. That means there will be nothing to reverse an action. Or defrauded any transaction. It's safe by that we mean the system is safe. But users will have to be careful. Besides, this is new to many people so it requires a steep learning curve. Its new to user so it will take time for users to get around this new system of "BOB" phones. Because right now people arent familiar with the idea of mobile phone functioning without a central service providers.
