The Brave Browser has started its search engine called Brave Search. I have been using it.
Today, I have come to see its new service called "Brave Talk."
"Brave Talk" is its video conferencing platform similar to Skype, WebX, Zoom, and the open-source jistsi-Meet.
We can have a free 1:1 video talk.
We can also host a video conference with 100 participants for US$7 per month.
I have checked the free "Brave Talk" now.

I couldn't get anybody to talk to me.
I have tested the application by clicking and entering into a talk session.
The "Brave Talk" looks like a jitsi-Meet session.
After I have entered a meeting room, it is clear that Brave is using the open-source jitsi-Meet.

It is clear that the Brave team has installed jitsi-Meet on their server.
Anybody can do it. I can do it. You can do it.
As a regular user of jitsi-Meet, I know how to install jitsi-Meet on a server.
The resources required are not high. A good desktop with at least 4 GB RAM may moderately serve a jitsi-meet session.
So, Brave is also a player in the video conferencing business.

"Brave Talk" is a hundred percent "jitsi-Meet"
I regularly use jitsi-Meet. As a long-time user of jitsi-Meet, I can easily make out that the "Brave Talk" is a hundred percent jitsee-Meet.

Could Brave team tell us why people would use "Brave Talk" instead of "jitsi-Meet?"
This is a question I wish to get an answer.
