Ingredients as follows:
SAUTEE:
homemade seasoning salt
sweet corn kernels
parmesean cheese
butter--1/2 stick
chopped carrots--2 cups
chopped red potatoes--3 whole potatoes
chopped onion shallots----8 small
chopped garlic--- 10 cloves
add 1.5 pints of tomato sauce(I used homemade ravioli sauce)
BOIL:
3 slices chicken breast
Mix the Sauteed veges and the chicken
CRUST:
olive oil
corn meal
sugar
water
***Note this is mixed together into a dough for the crust
FINALLY, scoop the mixture into the "bowled" crust, and put a flat piece covering the top of the pie.
Bake for 40 minutes of 350 F or 180 C
let stand for 15 minutes and eat up...and enjoy!
