There Will Be No Coin Replacing Bitcoin And Why I don't mess with airdrops anymore

I am by no means a crypto expert or a market analyst. Here I will be giving you my reasons from my experience for why I think there won't be any coin replacing Bitcoin and some info about crypto airdrops.

"This coin is gonna replace Bitcoin" (Plot twist: No, it's not)

Let's start with the obvious one. If any new coin needs to replace Bitcoin, either they will have to double or even triple the world's money, or they will have to convert Bitcoin holders to sell their Bitcoin and buy the new coin. Both those things are never going to happen easily. Money has to come from something somewhere. You can't just double or triple the world's economy out of thin air. I don't think that's how money works.

So while we in the topic, let me ask you a question. Why would you join a new crypto airdrop? Most of your answers will be I want to make money. That's why I'm gonna "invest" in this new coin. Well, my friends, "to make money," what would most of you do? You will sell your share as soon as you get the chance and when you see a spike in the price, because in your mind you know you want to stack up a more trusted crypto. Most likely Bitcoin. I mean, everybody does that. So the price of this new coin is most likely gonna drop. If you do some research, you will see that as soon as a coin gets momentum in the market, early investors dump their whole pockets in the market, causing the price of that new coin to drop. Why? Because everybody wants to take profits and people will take that chance as soon as they see it. So what will the airdrop do? Most likely, they will restrict you from withdrawing your tokens from the main airdrop website. Now what? You can't even take profit at the right time. This is gonna lead most users to lose their trust in the project and they will abandon it. Now the project is ruined. After all of your hard work, it is ruined.

!!!Red Flags To Look For When Joining A Crypto Airdrop!!!

.

Most new projects don't have a purpose

Most new projects don't have a purpose, or they are trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist, or the problem they are trying to solve has already been solved by someone else. I mean, why would you reinvent the wheel? right? Take that wheel and modify it to be better. Reinventing that same wheel over and over again won't get us anywhere.

Claiming their coin is better than Bitcoin

In my opinion, comparing Bitcoin to your new coin is unreasonable. You could hype your coin up with celebrities and make a false higher price quickly. But if you use that and compare your coin's price to Bitcoin's price when Bitcoin was at the age of your coin, and claim yours is better, I think that's absurd.

When Bitcoin was first released, nobody knew about it, and it was the first of its kind. So obviously, Bitcoin took some time to gain popularity. And you come now and compare your coin to bitcoin after the public has knowledge about cryptocurrencies is just unfair and absurd. Try creating something new and see how hard it is to get popularity in the early times of that product (well, even that is easy nowadays compared to Bitcoin's early days). So don't compare your coin to Bitcoin like that.

Too much work for very little reward

In most airdrops I have participated in, I had to perform several social tasks. For example, posting about that new airdrop on every single social media platform that exists. and gathering referrals. No matter how much you earn from the airdrop by doing social tasks, most of those airdrop sites won't allow you to withdraw your earned tokens if your referral status shows zero. And that's a fact.

Those new tokens never get listed on a major crypto exchange

I have seen many airdrops promising their coin gonna get listed on big exchange websites. They use big names in the industry to get you hooked up on their coin. But most of them get listed only on websites you've never heard of. When you question them or confront them, you get silenced. You get banned.

Some other red flags you should look for when joining a crypto airdrop
  • Silencing of criticism
  • Failing to deliver promises
  • Delays in withdrawals
  • Outages of the website at certain times

This is just me rambling about my opinion. Feel free to join any crypto airdrop you like. I won't mind. I mean, even though I think no coin is gonna replace Bitcoin, you can certainly make money from airdrops. Now that you have read this article, I hope you are more educated about the crypto airdrop industry and you will use that knowledge to your advantage.
