Viva Hollandia!The Dutch bodybuilder Olivier Richters has scored a role in the upcoming Marvel film Black Widow. In fact: 'The Dutch Giant' did so well during filming that his role was considerably expanded!

Olivier Richters tells Shownieuws that his role in Black Widow would initially be modest. During the recordings, however, the makers were quite impressed by the bodybuilder! His role was thus expanded. For example, it took two extra weeks for filming, and text was also added to the script. Exactly what role Richters plays in Black Widow is not yet known. However, it is clear that we cannot ignore this giant of 2.18 meters and 150 kilos! Acting is not strange to Richter, he already scored roles in the new Kingsman movie The Great Game and the HBO series Gangs of London.

Attention to all Marvel fans, a new film is coming up. The twenty-second film in the Marvel series is about Black Widow, the character played by Scarlett Johansson. The trailer shows how the Black Widow looks back on how she became an Avenger. In a spy atmosphere reminiscent of James Bond we see how she flees after the events in the movie Captain America: Civil War.

NATASHA ROMANOFF RETURNS

The super spy Natasha Romanoff, also known as the Black Widow, returns in a solo film that would take place between the events in Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War.

Scarlett Johansson takes on the role of her deceased MCU character Natasha Romanoff and Marvel just dropped the very first trailer for this prequel adventure from ... Black Widow.

We immediately see a lot that makes us super enthusiastic. Stranger Things star David Harbor as Red Guardian, Midsommar actress Florence Pugh as another Black Widow-like spy and tough action scenes. Wow.

This prequel film is reportedly set between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. Although there are rumors that Natasha secretly still lives after Endgame. For the time being, however, we do not know any better, and seeing these images is really just a prequel.

 

New characters
David Harbor plays 'Red Guardian' in Black Widow. In the comics this is a kind of Russian version of Captain America. It seems as if he is on the right side in this film. Besides Florence Pugh, top actress Rachel Weisz also appears as ... well, we actually don't know that yet. Presumably she plays a kind of mentor role and she also comes from the notorious Black Widow spy program, although those are just rumors. Finally, we also see something that is very similar to the well-known Marvel villa in Taskmaster. This villain can copy all the moves of enemies and is therefore always a formidable opponent. Unfortunately we still see no trace of our own 'Dutch Giant' and also Robert Downey Jr. is nowhere to be seen.
