The attacking midfielder of Los Blancos Odegaard will extend his contract at Real Madrid keeping him at the Spanish club until 2021, according to AS.

After that, the Norwegian will sign a two-year lease, and he himself will choose whether it will be Real Sociedad or Leverkuzen and clubs will not have Martin's foreclosure.

Odegaard spent 2018-19 on loan at Vitesse in the Eredivisie. He became the only player not from Ajax and not from PSV, who included on the Eredivisie Team of the Season.

In 33 matches of the past season in all tournaments, Odegaard scored nine goals and had 13 assists for Vitesse.
