After 20 years, 9 SB appearances & 6 championships, Tom Brady chose the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It's not unbelievable for me because it's just the way of the NFL. It's the one sport with a shelf life unlike any other and fortunate are those that have a career span like Brady, Jerry Rice, Brett Favre to name a few. In this day and age though, many think that "great" means "great forever", but it's not realistic because youth is not forever. Father time is undefeated in the end. Brady sets out on a new journey, with a new team & most of a new view from what he's seen the last 20 years. Expectations are high because of his legacy. Season tickets were flying off the online shelf, but keep in mind there's always an adjustment period after leaving a place known as home. There's gonna be ups and downs. Will the fans be patient over 2 years if he's not what he was in New England? Will the media switch to crushing him for bad games? Or could he possibly repeat what Peyton Manning did with a SB titles with 2 different teams? My personal opinion is Manning was/is always a better QB?
