Prediction. Nov-dec bottom out and effectively the bear market ends. Gonna still feel like a bear market for a year as even if bitcoin goes up to $30,000 does that feel bullish to you? When it goes back up to all times high of $70,000. Will be 2024 before the all time high. 

Good trade strategy. Buy in bear wait until the bull returns then wait until the number doubles then cash out. Then you have made money off rising tide of the bull run that year. 

Dollar cost average.

Wait to cost averaging. 

Ethereum will find it difficult to reach all time high if Bitcoin is bottoming out. Gonna be hard to see $5000 price for ETH if bitcoin is still going down.

Don't by green candles.  You want to buy when red.
