I consider it always a good idea to check the charts at least once a week. When a spot a pattern I like I almost cannot stop checking the price action. So I have to discipline myself to setting a limit to the chart looking. But depends on what the prices are doing for a particular crypto token.

You can totally loose quickly in this volatile market so don't buy the top and don't leverage unless you know what your doing and got a clear plan of action on when to enter and leave a trade. Many are taking advantage of crypto dividend trades with leverage as an alternative to spot trading weekly, dollar cost averaging into Ethereum and hot as Ethereum rises is a cool way to make short term gains.
