A simple way to get stable regular passive income from income sharing programs

There are many posts on this site about how to earn digital currencies in some metaverses or the real world. This post describes a simple way to get regular income in USD by participating in an income sharing program in the real world.

Income sharing programs (ISPs) are refer a friend programs (RFPs) on steroids. They pay you for not only direct referrals (referred customers), but also for indirect referrals (up to a predefined level). That is why income from ISPs can be 1,000+ times greater than income from comparable RFPs. In contrast to some referral programs that pay only once or fixed number of times per referral, ISPs pay from each payment made by direct and indirect referrals (up to a fixed level).

Any person can participate in this ISP with an option to select the 1st or the 2nd payment scheme (see the table below). Those who buy a license for the Mcalc advanced (see [1]) can select any payment scheme from the four payment schemes below.

t1

In the table are shown percents that ISP participants get from each payment for the Mcalc advanced, made by those whom they referred directly or indirectly.

Example. Suppose that a participant referred directly only 10 customers and each of them also referred 10 customers, etc… . Therefore, on the first level there are 10 customers (referred directly), on the second level there are indirectly referred 100 customers (each of 10 on the first level referred 10), on the third level there are indirectly referred 1,000 customers (each of 100 on the second level referred 10), and on the fourth level there are indirectly referred 10,000 customers (each of 1,000 on the third level referred 10). The total income and incomes on each level for the fourth payment scheme are shown in the table below.

t2

For a small effort of referring 10 customers directly, this participant has regular income of $32,219 minus PayPal transaction fees. $29 income is the active income for 10 referrals, but $32,190 income is the passive income from the indirect referrals.

Let us compare investments in a new project with a participation in an ISP on risks/rewards scale.

The biggest risk we have, when we make investments in a new project, is credit risk (risk to loose our investments). To participate in ISPs we do not invest our money, therefore there is no credit risk.

The second risk in case of investments is risk of adverse actions by third parties, for examples hackers or thieves stole your money. In case of participation in ISPs there are no such risks, because you had not invested your money.

The third risk in case of investments is risk of a loss due to an operational error, for example your money/crypto was sent to a wrong address/account and can not be recovered. In case of participation in ISPs there are no such risks.

The fourth risk is market risk (value in USD decrease). In this ISP there is no market risk.

The fifth risk is risk of broken promises. This risk is present in both cases, but it is lower in the case of participation in an ISP. To understand why it is lower, let us consider a situation that you had referred a customer to an ISP organizer, but you were not paid as was promised. In this case you stop referring new customers and this stop income streams from referrals to the ISP organizer. Such scenario is not beneficial to the ISP organizer. From a point of view of the game theory framework, the optimal strategy for the ISP organizer is to pay you as was promised. In other words, when you give to a project organizers your money (investments) you have no control/influence on them (they get your money and do not need you anymore), but in ISPs you have control over referrals you give and these referrals are needed to the ISPs organizers, therefore income of the ISPs organizers depends on your referrals. That is why the risk of broken promises is lower in ISPs than in investments.

The table below presents a summary for the risks.

t3

Now, let us compare returns on investments (ROI). In the first case (investments) ROI is finite and as a rule lower than 100%. In the second case (ISPs) ROI is equal to infinity, because x/0=infinity.

Now, let us consider barriers of entry. In the first case (investments) you need to own something (money, capital, assets, cryptos, etc.) to invest, therefore the barrier of entry is high (not everyone has capital, money, assets, etc. to invest). In the second case (ISPs) you do not need to own something or invest something, therefore the barrier of entry is low.

Now, let us consider both cases from a point of view of strategies used. When we invest in a portfolio of projects, we hope to receive passive income, but want to minimize risks (diversification). Because risk of loses exists until our investments and profit will be returned to us, all this time we are under a stress, have sleepless nights and damage our health. When we participate in ISPs, we do not have such risks, stresses, sleepless nights and do not damage our health. Instead, we maximize stable passive income from different streams, where each referral is an independent stream of our stable passive income. We can stimulate our direct referrals to make new indirect referrals by sharing some of our income from the ISP with them (for example, you can make an offer to your direct referrals: “for each of your referrals I will pay to you additional x$ from my commissions).

t4

From the comparative table above, we can make the conclusion that participation in ISPs is a low risk/high rewards opportunity to generate stable passive income streams without any stress.

In addition to multiple passive income streams, participants of this ISP also contribute to a noble goal of reducing deaths, injuries, and suffering due to incorrect interpretations of medical tests and/or procedures.

In the next post we consider a simple betting strategy in basketball (NBA).
