Fraud or Market ?

By Sapi | Sapi | 27 Oct 2020

All this discussion around cryptocurrencies has led to the mad rush, from ordinary people to professional traders, to invest in this asset.

Everyone  want to make their money work by betting on cryptocurrencies because they think they are getting high earnings in a very simple way.

However, there are also people who think that cryptocurrencies are a scam, or a financial bubble that is destined to die down.

Do you think that those opinions are real opinions with no secondary strategy around messaging ?

Surely we can say that at this point one might wonder what the truth is, because there are really many opinions on cryptocurrencies, as there are positive opinions there are also negative ones such as, for example, that it is a very good one. financial investment; or that it is merely a fraud; or that will transform our economic system.

The problem is pretty clear, look at the graph below:

I don't want to explicit what the coin is, it does not matter. What should be noted is that:

  • it is not a stable coin
  • it appear to spike up and down quite easily and often

What we can then conclude on this ? My take on this is that big holders can drive the market as they like. All the others just need to accept

the term and conditions of it. It is not a fraud but someone can 'fraud' you.
