 today I wrote about how much role of family in business organization there are different ways that family can improve their in role in business organization.
 Communication:

Manager communication must be strong and must good exchange of information as verbal and nonverbal and Exchanging routine information one person to another person and processing paperwork in communication the information is giving and receiving routine information over the phone, Email, memes and letters. In addition that good communication is a critical life of skills. Owner and family member and a family business become a completely open and honest. At least once year to discuss the progress of the business with the family and allow family members to ask questions it must be a right communication for a family members it must be communicate effectively.

Traditional management:

It consists of planning, decision making, and controlling. In this activities to setting the goals and objective, and making some tasks to accomplish the goals. In addition that to deciding problems to maintain day to day operational crises and inspecting the work, monitoring performance data moreover family business can provide many benefits to the family as well as society. Family business gives the business a competitive advantage over a traditional business.

Human Resources management:

In this activities human resources management motivating, disciplining, managing conflict, staffing and training it was not generally permitted to be observed the observed behavior for this activity including allocating formal rewards, as well as giving positive feedback, group support, resolving conflict between subordinates. Family business often treat employees whether family or nonfamily that putting more attention and pressure on the need to handle the human resource issues with great care and request. The human resource management is the responsibility to every manager should aware of their role in nurturing strong, performance-based corporate cultures.

Networking:

It consist of networking with outsider of organization and consist of socializing politicking and interacting with outsiders the observed behaviors associated with this activity include non-work-related “chit chat” family owned business make considerable contributions to local economies. This paper explores the different types of distinct, and focusing upon the interaction between family, business and friendship networks. As well as the changes in networks over time and between generations of the family are also analyzed within the networks identified.
