rupee4click legit or another scum

Another website that i've found where you can earn rupees for completing captcha, completing surveys , clicking adds , and by referring other members. in their platform saying you can earn more rupees based on your hard work and dedication to the site but the question is , Is this site are legit or another scum. Their prices really nice which will actually caught you to make registered to it , but will it be safe base on my search it is new site that was made early this november , and in my readings in other platform their review was alternate some says rupee4click was goodsite and good paying site and other saying it was a big scum and waste of time .. Maybe there are posibilities this site will be a big scum in the future ,im not sure of it but it was only for me so for the others make it hobbit to check the site before they use to it, and make a research to the site before they made a problem . Maybe i have to search more to know more about this site .
