Hello guys,
Take a look at how not to make an investment in crypto.
As a teenager and a beginner, I always admire that I can be a successful day trader, but I end up being broke and losing all my money that I get from my parents as so-called allowance. Because of my teen instinct of getting rich in the mean time, I end up losing all my money in crypto trading because of a lack of patience and knowledge. Most of the trades that I made all bear losses, whether they're long-term or short-term, also taught me the lesson that patience is the sole key to investing and greed is the enemy of investing.
Most of the people came to invest and want to be rich but end up being broke because they think it's just to buy less and sell more. All they miss is that it's a big market with lots of whales and masters that are waiting for us to make us broke.
How to prevent those kinds of mistakes in trading!
Firstly, we all need to understand the crypto market and trends. Secondly, invest only that much you are able to lose, and never invest more than you can't afford to lose.
Panic buying and selling
It is the biggest problem for most of the traders who are new to trading because the market is never the same and can change anytime, so always think further before making a trade. Remember, panic buying and selling make you regret it and even lose all your money in the long run.
All we need to understand is that all those poor trades are making us more focused and self-centred towards crypto and moneymaking, and all those things are going to make us understand the market and the bright career towards the future.
Make your own research.
It is always better to do your own research before making an investment. It helps you in several ways. From an analysis of prices and market trends, you will be able to make a better investment strategy.
