Good morning, crypto enthusiasts!
Let me start with a plea - please say thank you for my work and give me a chance by subscribing. It means a world to me.
Foremost, writing is something that you learn. It is not given naturally. It requires a bunch of exercises, and reading and it is a never-ending process of learning.
Secondly, know your stuff. Generally speaking, cryptocurrencies are a complicated topic that requires quite some knowledge. So, unless you are here for years, you should learn a bit first.
From where can you get the inspiration?
OVERVIEW
- CoinMarketCap
- The most famous website that tracks the price movements of, well, basically every cryptocurrency.
- Owned by Binance.
- Provides basic information on each coin/token.
- Quality articles on everything crypto-related.
- CoinGecko
- CoinMarketCap alternative.
- Provides “everything” that CoinMarketCap does.
IN-DEPTH ARTICLES
There are so many…but I stick to CoinDesk.
Price Predicting is Extremely Risky
There is a 50/50 chance of winning a lottery ticket, right? You can either win or not.
Spot the sarcasm.
Do not do price predictions based on “nothing.”
You can say – hey if I compare this token to similar tokens the price might go to …
- use the price forecasts of different experts
- a mix of different views/predictions of other people will make your article better and conclusions more solid
Do not say – this token is the next Bitcoin. It is not.
Do not be boring “bro”
No one cares what the price of some cryptocurrency was yesterday.
What people crave are sex and money.
Make legit predictions, provide some analysis, and do not forget to write: “Not financial advice.” 😉
Price Prediction Sites
- Economy Forecast Agency (AFA)
- not only for cryptos but also for stocks, commodities, and fiat currencies
- Wallet Investor
- a bit more than EFA
- A million others.
I like to stay away from sites like this. I recommend you do too. Make your predictions based on facts.
Scam or not a scam?
Only promote what you believe in. And only believe in what is good. Imagine comparing Coca-Cola and CoccaColla (a random Indian company) – which one are you going to write about?
Remember – if you promote a scam, you are a scam.
TIPS
- Use rankings on pages like CoinMarketCap and do go too low on the lists.
- Check the market capitalization.
- Skip on all the newbie coins for now.
