I will be looking at some apps that require no money from you, but can help you earn money. 

The first one I used was Mistplay.  Mistplay has games that you go to the Playstore, download, and play.  Mistplay records your usage and data as well as anything else you do on your phone, and for how long.  After enough playtime, with different games, after a few weeks, I had enough coins to cash out a $10 Paypal.  Now, I then went back and checked its viability again.  Advertised as something that can make you a lot of money, meant that I gave it another try.  I tried again this month and after almost an entire month, I was able to get another $10.

Pros:  

You get to play games and you get paid for the game play.

Cons:

You have to play a lot of games for a long time.  Some of the games may not be the kind you play, but you have to play an hour or two to get the points.  The games typically get you the most points if you play them for the first 10 levels.  While there is a bonus if you can get to level 15 in the games, once you pass level 10, the games slowly crawl and tick by.  Also, I was playing for weeks, on games that racked up coins at a "hyper" speed.  But they were still very slow.  On top of that, every game that Mistplay recommends, also has features that you can buy with real money, into.  It rewards you for some of that spent money, but it doesn't add up.  

What it is, is that Mistplay made an app that takes your phone's data, from storage, time spent and what sites you visit online, as well as all other phone usage.  It then distracts you with the games that you download and play, and then pays you back a very little amount.

My final thoughts:  

I work a full-time, 40 hour a week job.  I thought this could be a side hustle.  $10 a month, is not much of a side hustle.

Update*** I checked my Paypal activity and it appears that I first started Mistplay in July and was awarded $10 for that month.  I did earn another $10 for the month of August.
